Treasure stags are a type of event that can only be found in regular glades. When the glade they live in is opened, they will flee to a nearby dangerous or forbidden glade. The glade they flee to will be clearly indicated on the map, and they will remain there for a limited time before disappearing, incentivizing the opening of their destination glade.
Catching the stag in its destination glade yields rewards. Unlike most events, catching them is instantaneous and does not require workers; it is done directly from the event prompt in their destination glade, and any goods obtained are deposited directly into your warehouse. Due to the short time window to catch them, it may be helpful to have the game set to auto-pause on opening a glade.
Stags appear not to have a pre-set destination, and will travel a great distance across the map in order to reach an unopened glade. Stags can occur multiple times on a map.
There are three types of treasure stags: black, golden, and royal.
