Cornerstones are unique buffs applied to your settlement. A new cornerstone can be chosen once a year at the start of the Drizzle (excepting the first year where it comes partway through). Cornerstones will be offered up through year 10. They can also be purchased occasionally from traders.
A variety of cornerstones will be unlocked as level increases.
